  • SCHEDULING CONSULTANT & TURNOVER / CLOSEOUT OAR – Los Angeles Unified School District – Valley Region Span K-8 School #1 Project (Middle School & Elementary School)
  • SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT MANAGER – to the Construction Manager for the $2B+ Metropolitan Water District’s Diamond Valley Lake Reservoir Project in Riverside County (the largest civil / earthmoving project in United States history). This department performed schedule review and analysis for up to nine major concurrent projects underway at any single time. Schedule claims were in the $100M+ class and were investigated and analyzed by this department.
  • SCHEDULE CONSULTANT – to the Construction Manager for the Central Coast Water Authority in Buellton, CA. CCWA is a joint powers authority comprised of eight-member agencies and is a wholesale water provider to 13 water districts and private companies in Santa Barbara County, and another 11 water purchasers in San Luis Obispo County. This project constructed the infrastructure for a water treatment plant and pipeline that delivers water from the State Water Project to project participants in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. The distribution system consists of an approximate 130-mile-long pipeline, treated water tanks at the water treatment plant, three interim storage facilities, one energy dissipation facility, nine turnouts, four isolation valve facilities, a chloramines removal and water pumping facility and Lake Cachuma inlet monitoring facility.
  • SCHEDULE CONSULTANT – to the Construction Manager for the Renovation / Restoration of the historic old Broadway Department Store at 4th and Broadway into the new California State Office Building with new Seismic Upgrades and Historic Preservation.
  • SCHEDULE CONSULTANT- Highpoint Rendel (Pinnacle One) for the investigation and analysis of construction claims pertaining to the CDC Susanville Prison Expansion Project and two CALTRANS projects – the Widening of the 405 Freeway and the New Calexico Vehicle Emissions Testing Facility.
