Owner Support Services
PCSS offers public and private project owners a broad range of construction project-related support services to help them stay on track, regardless of the typical schedule delays and project overruns a project may experience.
Contractor Support Services
PCSS assists general and trade contractors performing both public and private construction with a wide spectrum of project related support services that help them to keep their projects moving forward … on time and within the budget.
Constructability Review Services
PCSS will furnish licensed architects and registered professional engineers to the owners team to review the bid set of plans and specifications for missing information, coordination problems, confusing information requiring clarification, interference fit issues, constructability issues, and if requested an A/E design criteria review.
Construction / Project Management
PCSS offers selective CM / PM support services to both owner and contractor project teams, which include onsite staff augmentation for purposes of planning, managing, and coordinating the construction activities on a day-by-day basis. These members will support our client’s efforts to remove bottlenecks to the contractor’s field operations and document the progress of the contractor, thus keeping the project on schedule and within the budget.
CPM Scheduling Services
PCSS provides schedule review services for owners and schedule development services for contractors. PCSS will work with our clients to make certain the baseline schedule has enough detail in it and meets all contractual obligations. Likewise, we will perform our schedule updates (or reviews) on time and in a most professional manner.
Construction Claims Support Services
PCSS has decades of experience defending our client’s best interest with regard to contractor claims (whether they are owners or contractors). We are prepared to document all potential claimable delays and other damages the contractor may have suffered and apportion the blame and damages accordingly between the individual parties to the contract.
